This place was professional, courteous, and efficient. The technician I worked with was Dianne Sikel and she was beyond amazing. All of my questions were answered very respectfully and kindly. Could not recommend this place more!

I had a great customer service experience with Dianne and Arizona Identify Solutions. I had to get my fingerprints done for a new job and I had difficulty trying to figure out which form I needed and what info I needed on the form. Dianne helped me out a lot. She figured out what I needed and what info I needed on the form. I had initially made some mistakes on the form and she was very patient and kind and helped me correct everything. She made sure I was happy with my form/fingerprints before I left. I noticed that several fingerprint places in the area had closed due to Covid so I was very glad and thankful that AIS was open and available to do my fingerprints. Another big plus was that they had late hours so that I could go after work and they did digital prints as well. I would definitely go back again.
