I hired Stephanie for a custody case involving a minor child. I talked to multiple lawyers and didnt get the response I was needing to hear until I talked to Mrs. Willison. My case involved in domestic violence, drug abuse, and a criminal background. Stephanie listened to what I was asking for and answered all the questions and concerns I had as a young mom. The way she represented me in our trial was exactly what I wanted out of a lawyer. We got the outcome we were fighting for. She protected me and most importantly, my child. If youre looking for a well educated lawyer that stands behind her clients 1000% she is the one for you. You will not regret hiring Stephanie Willison to represent you.

I paid for consultations with nearly every divorce lawyer in Yavapai County before settling on Stephanie as someone I felt I could trust to handle my case and always be honest with me. Stephanie is an excellent divorce attorney who made my divorce process very simple and straightforward. She charged a flat fee for her services, which was very reasonable and transparent. She explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions promptly. She was always professional, courteous, and respectful. She handled my case with skill and efficiency, and achieved a fair and satisfactory outcome. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a divorce attorney who can deliver results with compassion and integrity.

I hired Ms. Williston for a divorce case involving a child, which involved severe domestic violence and someone who had two very different sides and was extremely manipulative. I was asking for 6 months supervised so the opposing party could get help during that time. She never waited to receive all of my evidence and after the opposing party had missed court dates that she had served him the papers on, she tried to get me to agree to dismiss the default and go to mediation quite suddenly after she started contacting him. I had evidence he had missed his court dates due to drinking and that he was served. Then when his attorney said he had never been served, Ms Willison who I have papers of hers showing she served him, said she thought I had him served. Around this time I spoke to another attorney, who said that was very abnormal in a domestic violence case. I was able to submit all of my evidence to a different attorney which proved pretty much everything and disproved a police report which was his only evidence. I also took a polygraph test on top of that. A lot of the misinformation from the opposing side came out at trial and a lot of evidence and testimony was given and all went well. Shortly after this the opposing party assaulted a woman as well as violating my protection order repeatedly. Thankfully, our daughter was not there during the assault, which she most likely would have had he had unsupervised visits, which would have happened if I stayed with Willison law. I later found out that Ms Willisons paralegal was a long time friend of the opposing party and he had been talking with him during the case. I don't blame Ms Willison or anyone who was involved because I've seen many people who are not in a intimate relationship with him, become fooled and become shocked when the truth comes out. That being said, many abusers are very manipulative and good at fooling people, so if you have a domestic violence case with someone like that, I don't recommend Willison law. Many do see through it and even if they don't, as your lawyer, you should be able to trust them to recommend the best and safest thing for your case regardless of what their personal opinion is. She was very nice and and a good attorney in other areas and filing the paperwork. In very complicated cases with a high safety risk , it's best to look for attorneys highly experienced with narcissistic abuse. I also just want to add, that this isn't uncommon, many women go through this and don't have the evidence to prove the truth so they go through much worse.
