The home and house manager are great but watch out for the little man with serious anger issues. You will know who he is when you meet him. Other than that, it is a wonderful place.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would I stayed in this joke of a facility a year ago for about 3 or four months during my stay the owner claimed I failed a ua and packed my belongings while I was at work, with the plan to kick me out. HE DOESNT US A LAB FOR DRUG TESTS. He said I popped for opiates, I was on vivitrol the opiate blocker for about a year at this point. And when I pleaded for him to return my rent I paid him the day before or USE A LAB. If it wasn't for the awesome house manager who vouched for me I would have been on the streets. Unfortunately this scenario has happened to a handfull of people who went here. NOT EVERYONE IS CAPABLE OF RUNNING A SOBER LIVING AN THIS MAN IS ONE WHO SHOULD NOT BE DOING SO. This facility gives a bad name to the Prescott recovery comunity. Save yourself and family the headache dont go here.

This thief is shady. I stayed in this disgusting house years ago. They're black widow spiders and all sorts of bugs inside the house. The bathrooms are all rotting out with rust (Shower and toliet bowl). It's dirty and not kept up well at all. I only stayed there for about a week before i made plans to move somewhere more sanitary and acceptable and this Steve guy kept all my rent and completely robbed me. You're just like a lot of these basic bottom feeder low lifes taking advantage of a persons struggles for your own benefit $$$$$$$. I WARN YOU. STAY AWAY!!!!! And the bottom review below me is refering to angry little man...thats the owner. The guy who only cares about money and will run off with $1000+ when you've only stayed at his hood rat apartment for 7 days. You want to live or send your children to a place like that? You'll regret it, I promise you.
