Emailed this company asking for potential of bathroom cabinetry. Within a half hour, received a very detailed email about potential delays and inquiring on timing to assure the project would align with our timeline. We have an open timeline so we have opted to speak with sales and hopefully obtain cabinetry. Professionalism is amazing, as well as response time.

They charged me 125$ to fix a kitchen drawer...reasonable I thought, I brought in another drawer identical size and was told that they don't use that cheap material anymore and that it would cost 325$ ..okay sounds high but I agree..when I get the drawer back it's the same "cheap material that the said they no longer used.
So when I called to complain I was told that I should have been charged 325$ for the first drawer..crazy stuff? Anyway they did however send me 100$ back...they do great work..just front office is wacked

I cannot speak to their work - except as-builts in our home  - because their front office person was uncooperative at best.Absolutely the least helpful person I have dealt with in a long time. The woman was somewhat friendly - not rude but had an attitude of - we are in high demand so we'll get to you when we get to you. Would not even take our name for a call back or waiting list or any help with the info we needed.  Would not lift a finger to help at all - apparently they have more work than they can handle.She also told us that all cabinetry is made onsite - while the builders as-built book clearly states the cabinetry is Cardell. (Michigan based CO)Apparently MCK does all cabinetry for Carrington Homes in Prescott - and Carrington has been nothing but nice and the home seems to well built. But MCK needs an economic and customer service  lesson. People remember rude and unhelpful companies. I would fire this woman on the spot!
