Chase Bank

when they ask me to make an appointment just to have somebody explain their basic credit card choices and products to me (likely required at all locations), and then when I finally sit down with a representative (her business cards are not in the empty holder, but are further behind her at the back of the desktop & still in view ) and she gives me THREE different pieces of information that are completely wrong about the travel card I'm inquiring about, All of them are answers to 3 exact questions that I presented for clarity ... & then she merely printed out three different pieces of paper for me to compare them at home alone anyways(!?!) it's okay to make me go into the branch for the information, but I can't even express how annoyed I am when people waste my time with misinformation. (why can't people just be honest and say they don't know the information I'm asking for? making it up as you go along feels like conscious dishonesty to me ... how am I ever going to trust this bank with any of my decisions now)? ... now I'm going to have to call a different location and try to see if I can get the help I was looking for AGAIN. (I had good service at least once at this location a couple of years ago, but I won't risk it again when I have deadlines to meet ... I found this to be beyond inconveniencing).

If you are looking for a place to keep your money do not go here. Customer service for some is great, for others non existent. The last three times l was in there I was only able to make the transaction once. The funny thing was there were only three customers in the bank. There were two at the windows and for about twenty minutes each.. I gave up
