I called the company and they sent a repair tech. Service and diagnosis was good I paid the service call fee. I called the company and requested a letter explaing the diagnosis to send to my home warranty company. Everytime I called the customner service rep said they would send, I never recieved and when I called back the said they could not figure out how to send it. I offered to pick it up and they would not allow that. I eventualy gave up and had to purchase a new refrigerator becuase I could not send letter to my home warranty compay for coverage. I tried to use them a second time and stated I needed an afternoon apointment the day they had a tech avaialable as I had an eye doctor appointment. I waited two weeks for service, the evening before my appointment the automated system called and said my apoinment was in the mornig. I called and ended up having to reschedule because they did not have afternoon available as promised. Two weeks later I recieved several notifications to confirm appointment. In the eveing I recieved a confifmation stating my appointment was in afternoon after confirmed at time of reschedule I needed a morniing. I decided to keep as I had no schedule conflict. I then received an email to confirm and it stated if I didnt confirm they would not come to my home. I thought this was odd as I had already confirmed multiple times. Once confirming I recieved an email with a link to track the tech. He had 15 appoinments and I was number 12 and my time was from 12:oo-3:00 pm. At 2:36 pm day of my appoinment he just finished appointment 7 and I was 12 on his list. I waited until 3:45 and still a no show or contact. Now keep in mind of all the notifications I had to confirm I would be home or they would not show up but yet they could not behave the courtesy to let me know they would be late. I had to leave to run errands. At 4:07 pm the tech called and was annoyed that I was not home. Not Even any appoligy for being late. THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND OR CALL THEM AGAIN...

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment and they never showed up. Called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Not sure it's a real company.
