        Had engine noise issues and cylinder cut out code, the crew was able to diagnose and make repairs as well as working with the extended warranty, they verified all was good before they could let me pick it up. Good communication from this shop, I recommend it.

        Kudos to the crew at Southwest Truck and RV!! We were traveling through Prescott and had a problem with our motorhome and they fit us into their busy schedule. The owner treated us with respect and his staff worked very hard to get us back on the road in very quick order. I was impressed with their work, their friendliness and their determination in solving the problem. I have no hesitation recommending this business and wish them well.

        They are very professional, kind and thorough. I trust all of them with my life, especially since they are handling my overused vehicle. They are honest and humorous. (Miss ya', Joe!). Everyone from Marc>Auto Crew> Megan everyone has been a joy to interact with. I appreciate them so much and do my best to show my gratitude with unhealthy homemade stuff. I have been rescued by them on numerous occasion. That includes the first time I needed help. I truly believe that they are a blessing from God to keep my family and I safe. They were highly recommended from a friend. Now, I recommend them to you. Do not hesitate to become a customer of theirs. My vehicle is a doozy, too. Yuuuuuup! I am the Kia to their Kentworth. Take some of their cards and hand them out to people. I do! I love ya'll for real. From the deepest part of my heart. SERIOUSLY!!!! Thank you all for your amazingness. I do praise God for you all.

        5 stars for honesty, integrity and service. Another RV dealer and repair place quoted me a very hefty bill for suspension and brakes. Took to Southwest and was given an honest answer that the work was not even needed to be done at this time and everything looked good. I thanked them for being honest, the reply was thats how we do business and they believe in honesty and integrity. They have earned my business for life. Highly recommend them as a go to for a first honest opinion.
