Very very accommodating to my personal needs. On very short notice...the owner brought two guys with him and they went above and beyond what any other company I have ever hired did for me. I am extremely grateful to Merit Movers...they were like angels sent from above...no kidding. It was a very stressful experience ..one I do not want to repeat. My next move I will be calling them...only giving them more lead time! Very professional, very helpful, made great suggestions to me and they really know how to pack a storage unit from the ground up! Thank you again guys and I apologize for taking so long to write this review...as they say s-it...happens! Time and events needed to be taken in a particular order of importance. Thank you for NOT making my emergency situation a big deal to you! Forever referrals...to Merit Movers!!!!!!!! Luv you, guys! Pure gentle men. Cannot say enough about this amazing team!!! I called desperate on a Sunday and they were there within 2 hours. Moved us into a 3rd floor apartment with the best attitudes, compassion and professionalism!!!! 10/10 recommend!!! They saved me!!! Chris, the owner, has a heart of pure gold!!!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job moving a baby grand from Payson to Prescott. They were on time, courteous and took great care to make sure the piano was well wrapped and moved properly. They set it up at the destination perfectly. Overall, they were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any moving needs and I will certainly call them again, should the need arise. Thanks Chris!
