        Carter is awesome and someone you guys will want to keep on your team! Give him a raise. We honestly signed off on BWW because we had some terrible experiences in the past, but decided to drop in today. Carter was our waiter today and he excelled at his service and changed our minds. Gave us menus and drinks quickly. Took our order promptly. He had our food on our table in no time! It is hard to get good service and find good restaurants in this town, but Carter has convinced me that we need to come back with our family to BWW! We will be back and thank you so much for your great service Carter!!

        Please stop asking for tips on pickup orders. I absolutely understand if I am dining in but otherwise its ridiculous. First, I call and ask to place an order for pickup. She says let me put you on hold for 2 minutes to get to a computer. After being on hold 10 minutes with no answer, I hang up and call back. At this point, they answer, I make my order, and then ask if I would like to leave a tip on the order. If you are not serving me and I am driving all the way there to pick the food up, I am not tipping you for doing the basic functions of your job.
