It was decent. Kind of pricey but they have a free breakfast that makes it worth it. Nothing is like the good ole days but, this is one of the better breakfasts I have had in a while. Robin, the woman who runs the breakfast, is AMAZING! She is why I gave 5 stars for "service"!! The location is great as there are a LOT of places around it (food, shopping, etc) & the hotel is easy to access. The rooms have fridges in them. Otherwise, they are nothing special. Staff up front is ok. All in all, I did give it 4 stars so that's better than most. It takes a lot for me to give something 4 stars as I look at everything!! In the end, if you can afford it, it's not a bad choice.
Rooms: Nothing special but they did have a fridge. I can't recall if there was a microwave too. The rooms were clean. TV with decent channels.
Safety: I felt safe.
Food & drinks: They have free breakfast in the morning with great coffee and a decent amount of choices for food! Very clean, friendly breakfast woman & comfortable environment.
Noteworthy details: There is a Denny's restaurant right next door that you can walk to.

Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist was extremely willing to help me get a room and the breakfast attendant seems to go above the call of duty. Definitely recommend.

Staying here was a rough experience. I had to put in a maintenance order, and the man who does maintenance just barged into my room without knocking while I was changing. He was supposed to fix my drain; he never did. Then on the last morning of my stay there was a cockroach in my sink. I took a picture of it, i'll try to figure out how to attach it here.

Clean, quiet and hospitable. They also have a wonderful breakfast bar.
Oh those guys are fabulous!
It should be noted that as a cigarette smoker I maintain personal etiquette, so therefore on a habitual basis do not throw my wasted butts on the ground.
They are non biodegradable and gross when massively accumulated.
Meaning that should groundskeeping be monitored at the appropriate levels for such and other unnecessary waste buildup it would have received a 5 Star review for sure.
But because I see these guys working their butts off on ever other level I am certain that proper monitoring and delegation would be all Greentree Inn needed.
Cause from what I can tell Greentree Inn Staff is "DA BOMB"
