NextCare Urgent Care

Do not give these people your credit card number !!! Iwas trying to help a friend when she signed up for the next care services at $39 a month. She used my card as a place holder, two weeks later when we got the bill we immediately called in to update the payment info to my friends card, they didnt update it we tried again and they still charged me and this was last year. Since then, this friend I was helping and I had a falling out and they are still charging me for the services even after I sat down with this person and we cancelled the services on the call together in December!! $160 later I had to cancel my card because they refuse to hear what Im saying to them. Im not the account holder at next care so they refuse to let me cancel the service again!!! This is bad business and I will never use this service or urgent care again

The person behind the desk was helpful and nice and so was the person that took my granddaughters vitals and also the doctor that gave her a physical.
