This place is our new "go to" motel in Pinetop! Anita at the front desk was very, very nice and accommodating! The rooms are big, nicely furnished; even had a little built in stove top with 2 burners! We enjoyed it so much that we will be back soon! The grounds are decent size with great parking right up to your door. It had been snowing and raining so I will mention some decent size potholes that no one likes, but aside from those, that I'm sure will be fixed, we absolutely loved staying here!

Anita is wonderful.. We ended up staying longer than planned because of a snow storm. We got in early and she had no issues checking us in early. Which was amazing. We stayed here 2 years ago and had such great service we made this our go to place when we are in town.. Anita was the one who helped us then too...Clean rooms, the kitchenettes worked great to make food so we didn't have to eat out. They give you everything you need to cook. You won't regret your stay here.. Thank you guys for being amazing and making our stay so pleasant.. Oh and they offer amazing rates especially for what they give you. It's unbeatable. Stay here instead of a chain hotel and help local families verses big business.. Big thank you for being super and accommodating to us..

Great value! Nice large, clean rooms with a stove top and other kitchen implements. Had to wait a little bit in the cold to pick-up the room key, but the lady checking me in was very cheerful.

Love love loveee! Super cute family owned business. Prices were very respectable. Stayed 4 night with my 3 wild children and husband. Check in was a little weird. When we arrived at check in time no one was in the lobby, found a number on the door after a minute. Called and someone came out shortly. Singed a paper, got the key, smooth sailing. Parking right next to the door, convenient. Rooms were super cute! Simple and clean! The room smelled freshly washed when we arrived. Ours had 2 queen beds. Small kitchen with 2 burner stove, a mini fridge and microwave. Pots, pans, plates bowls, silverware, and then some were all supplied. My only ick, was that a sponge was left next to the sink with an empty bottle of dish soap. ( I dont know if they supply it or not) weird but not problematic. My biggest problem if anything is that the rooms dont have brooms . We went up the street to the dollar store and bought one and left it in the room! Maybe it doesnt bother people but I have three kids running in and out, we need to sweep The outside gathering area is an absolute blessing on this property. Plenty of seating. Fire pit, bbq ( even fire wood). While there we sat out there every night and met so many wonderful families. Our stays were short but the gathering areas allowed for great memories. 10000% recommend this place.

Clean cozy place, can't beat the price. Would definitely stay again.
