        In need of a new replacement fence in Safford, Velocity Bldgrs took measurements (6/30/20), with the understanding that a job bid would be given to me in a weeks time. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted Velocity and was told that the company was considering not accepting any more local jobs, but that they would honor jobs that had already been contacted, and that I would receive a bid in a week. After another 2 weeks, and again not hearing anything, I contacted Velocity again. I was told that the companys owner had decided that no new jobs would be accepted. Nonprofessionism and unresponsiveness is not an accepted quality in any business.

      Mary, we sincerely apologize for being unable to take on your job, as well as not communicating that to you! As you may know, the lack of manpower in our community is detrimental sometimes in the projects we can or can't take on. We are a local company so all of our work is considered local, however, we are currently being selective of the types of jobs we take on so that we are utilizing our current employee's skills and doing the jobs they are good at. Unfortunately, fencing is not one of those jobs we are comfortable taking on at this time.
