My experience was really nice. At first, I was confused, but I figured everything out, and the customer service was amazing. They helped me find a dress and gave me compliments, which was sweet. Will come again.

If I could rate this store a zero I absolutely would. I had placed a dress on layway for an upcoming wedding that is 6 months away. Per the store policy, you are able to EXCHANGE an item within 7 days with the original receipt, which I had. On the day I went to pick up my dress I asked if I could exchange it for a different dress. The owner absolutely refused. I told her that's not what you're policy says. She began to speak to me in such a passive aggressive manner. I refuse to do business with someone like this. She has poor customer service and honesty needs to read her own policy and follow it!!!
