Resale Revolution

This is literally one of my favorite places in Phoenix. I find one of a kind shoes and clothes here - and get beautiful high quality designer labels without paying full retail! I recommend it to anyone in the area, this is the best high end thrift store around.

This is the kind of bougie luxury store that's killing the fun of actual thrift shopping. Yes, it's a boutique and it exists as such... But it sells itself as being morally superior because it sells used. For "premium prices". Two thumbs down and a raspberry. Gets a star for good grace because it only sucks because the whole concept sucks.

This shop is in the former My Sister's Closet location doing exactly the same kind of business. The layout is the same. But the price seems to be higher. The selection is not as large as My Sister's.

Sold my items a week ago and was told my check was in the mail A WEEK AGO. I specifically said, DO NOT MAIL I want to pick up in person, but when I asked they said it was already mailed. I asked for it to be re-issued days ago and being told the owner has to cancel and re-issue. No time frame given. Second day calling with same response. I asked to pull the other items I currently have there and they said "send an email". Terrible service, not good customer service and definitely not cool to just sit and wait until they decide you get paid for items sold last week. Now I'm told the check was cashed by someone and they have to look into this. WOW, I'm blown away that their checks are easy to cash by ANYONE.
