Heath returned my call and she was somewhat rude and hung up on me. She didn't understand that I called through video relay service which meant a little lapse in time between us. I tried my best to answer her questions but it was not successful. she gave up on me. So be mindful she might not be friendly toward callers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Thank you for listening.

Hard to find a vendor willing to repair and not just recommend replacement!  Very quick to respond, excellent work.

Update a year later on the work performed by this company.  All these shutters that I paid an arm and leg to be fixed have already come loose and no longer are attached.  Very disappointed. Money down the drain!

I can't thank Cindy enough for repairing my blind and giving me the advice I needed to reinstall it correctly. She replaced the broken part in 10 minutes and her skill and knowledge of blinds and how to repair them was obvious.
