This place was recommended to me by our neighbor. We had a solid experience at first. We need a new window to give us privacy in a new shower. Sold us rain glass over email. Once it was installed we realized it was still pretty see thru. They offered to bring a separate company out to cover the glass with a film. True View quoted me $386.00 and when I complained that I didnt get the privacy I thought I was getting they discounted the invoice 10%. I later discovered that had I gone directly to the vendor I would have paid $260! Hope it was worth the $86.50 True View.

We had four experienced knowledgeable staff here to do 3 entirely different things: replace a part in a small window that will keep the window open, replaced a very large window that had a broken seal, and put in a glass shower door in a shower/tub combo. It was all done in under 2 hours!!! They cleaned all the work spaces well. Answered all my questions. Will use them again! They are coming back to tint the windows.
