Had a great radi8HOT class with Meagan. The room was exactly what you want for hot yoga. The music was on point but it was a little loud and I had a tough time hearing Meagan call out the next move sometimes.

I love this place. I'm a yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga *which I love too*, but I really like this place because of how intense it is. The heat and humidity make for an amazing experience which isn't for everyone. I like the set sequence too. After visiting a few times, I'm able to recall the next movements too so that's awesome. The cold towels are refreshing and I look forward to them. I have brought a couple of newbie yogis with me to a couple classes after profusely warning how intense it is. Both left about 2/3 of the way in. But they also said they'd like to come back to it with more preparation. Staff is always nice too!

Hands down the best yoga experience staff is superb and Christina (head hancho) is extremely good at what she does. Super clean, great workout and my preferred way to debrief after a long day of bizzzz. I regularly run and box this is by far the toughest and most satisfying work out! Highly Recommend !!!!!

1. There was no parking so I had to call to be told to park around the neighborhood and walk there 2. I got there 10:09 and the kind woman at the front let me know they usually start late and class had just started so I had time. Class ended at 10:53 meaning it was less than an hour long, as advertised. 3. I was enjoying my practice until I head the instructor (Tiffany) say with frustration, loudly, and kind of catty say something along the lines of if youre leaving my class dont complain about it being hot and the music being too loud I know that tell me something I dont know took me completely off guard and made me think why is she being mean to someone whos probably having their first experience here like me. I had the same thoughts when I came into the class thank god I didnt give feedback. After the class came with super aggressive energy and raising her voice to not come to her class to write a review and email to the girl who gave feedback, who I spoke to after because I wanted to let her know I understood how she felt and agreed that was rude. My yoga practices end so peaceful and happy and I still feel so unsettled and probably going elsewhere today to make me feel better. I hope Tiffany has a better day. Id highly recommend yogabox (also in close distance) or even sweatshop on central for an amazing peaceful practice!
