One of the most professional, prompt, and quality companies I've ever hired. Our well pump went out on Wednesday morning. We called Pump it Up and they answered the phone at 6:02 am. We have several horses so being out of water is a bit of an emergency. There was a Pump it Up truck in our driveway at 10am. James and Matt looked at our set up, and made a plan to return in the morning for repair. Thursday morning they arrived early and our new well pump was installed in a few hours. Very, very good job. I would say excellent in fact.

If you think over the top customer service, quality workmanship, honesty and value went away in the late 70's like I did. These guys will show you different. I rarely write reviews like so many others however these guy absolutely deserve it. From the first initial contact call wih Marlo, I knew immediately I call the right company. I live about 60 miles west of Phonenix on a very remote, rural ranch. (I can't even get UPS or Fed Ex to deliver ).
Josh and Ricky showed up early this morning as promised and immediately got to work and had my well pumping in no time. I highly recommend Pump it Up and will most definitely use them again. My sincere thanks to Marlo, Josh and Ricky for a great experience. You guys are awesome.

I woke up 2 weeks ago on a Friday to no water.  I was recommended by another company to call Pump It Up.  Im so glad I listened.  It was clearly an emergency and they made me a priority.  James came out mid afternoon, diagnosed the problem, picked up and installed a new pump.  He stayed past 7pm to get the job done.  Expensive repair and so glad I had James and Pump It Up on my side.  They cared and did it right.   A+.  I will use them for any well needs going forward.

Everyone here is wonderful. So helpful, and on top of things. They went above and beyond to help us. They helped explain all of our options and even tried to come up with other ways to solve our problem. I highly recommend them!! And I will tell anyone I know to use them.
