Pump It Up Pump Service, Inc

My home is one of 5 on my street sharing the same well. We recently saw a spike in our electric bill. Although we discovered that the source of the problem was a broken pipe at an unoccupied home, we called Pump It Up to come and assess our pump and ensure that all connections and equipment in our well house were working as they should be. I had a call the evening before, confirming our appointment (made for a day very soon after I called asking for help) and a call in the morning letting me know when, exactly, the work crew would be here. They arrived exactly on time, no waiting around for a big timespan, and immediately got to work assessing the problem and ensuring that our pump was working optimally. They found an issue with the settings that would eventually have helped wear the pump out early, corrected it, and talked with us about strategies for watching water and electric usage going forward. It has been a long time since I have had the pleasure of being served by such a professional company and work crew. The cost of the service was exactly as I was told it would be, no surprises, and it was entirely reasonable. Pump It Up is now my water pump service company should we need future services, and I heartily recommend them.

I highly recommend working with Pump It Up. Their office is responsive, willing to answer all questions and explain everything. We have been experiencing issues with our shared well and I am always contacting for help and advice. Marlo, Jorge and Matt have been my saviors! If their managers see this they deserve a high raise/bonus for their customer service. Thank you!

5 stars to this company. Lost water to the house Thursday night. Called them Friday morning at 7:30, techs arrived at 9:00, and pump fixed by 11:00am.

I have never been disappointed when I call Pump It Up for service. Josh is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answers questions.
