I had purchased a refurbished Dell laptop that had a bad hard drive. After using it a total of 6 months, the damn thing died on me. I called Dell's tech support and they told me that the disk was bad and that I had lost all of my data. As I have an online social gaming site, that computer was my business, and therefore my life. I took my computer to another "techie" and he too said he could not do anything for me. I found Jerod/Tek Labs ad and was extremely hopeful, and desperate, that perhaps he could work magic. Well, he did that and more. He was able to retrieve my data and in fact, was able to retrieve the data from the person who owned the hard drive before me. Jerod was a God send. If you have any technical problems, you absolutely need to give this man consideration. I will be turning to him for future projects.

Highly recommended! Built the website for my bounce house rental business and was very professional and helpful the whole way through. Very responsive to questions and requests and most importantly the site is amazing!

We've been having computer issues for months and finally scheduled an appointment with Tek Lab, LLC. Man I'm so glad we did! Jared fixed all of the issues, upgraded the SSD and OS and now it feels like a brand new computer. So fast! Wish we had done this a long time ago. If you have any computer needs (or website development) Jared is your guy! Very professional and friendly and does an amazing job! I highly recommend Tek Lab, LLC!

Tek Lab helped fix my computer which gave me the dreaded "blue screen of death." I thought I had lost everything; pictures, documents, years of my life I wouldn't be able to get back. But Jared was able to fix everything and make my computer run better than ever! It's like I have a new computer again! Thank you, TEK Lab, for helping me out when other people had failed to fix the issues! He was able to fix my computer quickly and had a great, friendly and professional attitude! I will be returning to him for any computer problems in the future.
