I Went for my first wax and it was amazing. I forget her name but she is so sweet and literally talked with me the whole appointment. It made it fast and relaxed my nerves! Would recommend!!!

My first time there an I loved it friendly staff. Angelique was the one who seen me and she was hands down amazing made me feel comfortable being it was my first time. I would recommend going to her an this place

Fast check in & very personalized service. I had my Brazilian service with Angelique, she was very friendly & very detailed during my service

This place is weird. All bookings are handled via text msg. You can never actually talk to a human being until your actual appointment. I went in person bc I had questions about the service. There is no receptionist. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting on someone to come up to the front. I heard something coming from a room. I kept saying, "Excuse me! Hello?!" Then finally, a very annoyed aesthetician came up front. She was the only one there with a client. If Hello Sugar is open for business and there is no staff on site, why isn't there a sign at the front desk indicating that? This is not a place I would go to due to the lack of communication.

They wouldnt provide my daughter service ONLY at the cityscape location because she has a service dog who is hypoallergenic and well behaved with papers!
