Puragain Water

I've had the Puragain Water treatment system as well as the RO in the kitchen for a year now, and Jesse just completed the annual maintenance. This is the best system available and I highly recommend Puragain. It is so much better than the old salt tablet softeners. Fantastic system and their Customer Service is outstanding - especially with Jesse!

Excellent system I have 3large filters and 1 alkaline tap we are very satisfied our water taste chlorine and chemical free it's no difference than if you were to taste bottle water then our tap water..they hook the system from your water main use copper piping alone helps clean your water then it's ran directly into 3large filters that do need changing one time a year cost is 129$ but to know my home is protected it's worth it I only paid $5,000 for a $7,000 system with a promo sale

Robbie Dody did an outstanding job answering my questions and checking my soft water unit to make sure everything was working properly. He is an excellent service technician who is very knowledgeable with my Ecowater system. He also did a thorough job explaining the answers to my questions and gave me additional information that was helpful. I rarely have had a service tech as competent and professional as Robbie.

We love the water softener system. It doesn't take up a ton of room. And above all else the water tastes really good. All issues we had with the sales team were reviewed and corrected. Thank you!
