Charged for cleaning in November 22. December 23 had to have emergency cleaning at a cost of $800 . Was told by the gentleman who actually did cleaning that it had not been cleaned in at least 6 months.
Don't call for a refund Isaiah will not issue one. He also won't return your call.Lousy customer service .

Horrible service tried to call for an emergency pickup and they haven't shown up in the past 3 days. Not to mention they didn't pick up two weeks ago like they were supposed to.

Hired them to clean my grease trap for my cafe because theyre who the previous owner used. Should have known better considering we found out how cheap she was a cut corners, this company is no better. Scheduled on two separate occasions, not only did they not show up either time but imagine our surprise when we received an invoice that they cleaned our grease trap with pictures (which were not our cafe) and a SIGNATURE that was supposed to be mine? After 4-5 months of arguing with them about this and them continuing to re-invoice us for $200+ work they DIDNT do, they finally closed the invoice and the account out today after calling us to reschedule yesterday AS IF. I let them know forgery and falsifying documents is a class 4 felony, but I wouldnt trust this company as far as I could throw an elephant.

Definitely not the service it used to be. The wastewater dump is slow, always broken. The company takes no pride in efficiency. But they'll continue taking your money. Their employees are excellent, they are just as frustrated in the lack of equipment maintenance. Another victim of corporate mismanagement

Disrespectful, childish employees.
This guy is moving through the parking lot at about 2mph, so I go around him, and he quickly speeds up behind me and blasts me with his bright lights about an inch from my back bumper, flashing them on and off. I get out and when he sees me taking pictures he's smiling, laughing, talking trash. Yeah real funny bud, your boss works super hard to build this business to provide for his family, is nice enough to give you a job and you're out here acting like a preschooler piece of trash. Fortunately for you there are laws that prevent me from checking in the manner you deserve.
This is the kind of unhinged redact that gets your company caught up in a wreck, lawsuit, loss of customer, account, etc. These are the warning signs. I've been a professional driver for 25 years, I know a fair play when I do one. You see this kind of thing out here pretty often unfortunately. This is the same loser going slow in the HOV lane, and then wants to speed up and block you when you try and pass him. You'll figure it out one day, kid
