Have to call every few weeks for missed bins. Once, or twice is not a big deal, but it happens regularly. The phone system is terrible and takes 90 seconds before getting the option to select residential, followed by 45+ minutes on hold. Not worth the 1.50 service credit, if it is even applied. Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal

Long (1 hour plus) waits on hold before getting a rep. Regularly miss either garbage or recycling. Reps are accusatory. Luckily I have my own camera on my house and can ensure the only things in front of my house are the cans. Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal
