Waste Management Corporate Office

Why is waste management ripping senior citizens. I have Waste Management in Arizona City and they have a senior plan for snowbirds. I pay a flat $15.00 per month year around. When I come to Snowflake in the summer, waste management charges me almost $50.00 every two months then charge me $55.00 to reactivate my account when we come back to Snowflake plus another $8 plus. WHY? they are trying to take advantage of seniors.

I wish I had another option for my trash services. The customer service at WM is atrocious.

I have been with WM for many years and am now moving out of state. I have a $600 plus credit on my account and they don't service my new area but they are refusing to cancel my account. Their account managers are rude and don't follow through. They want to keep billing me. They are nice when they are taking your money but horrible when you need to cancel.

I live in Queen Creek and am completely dissatisfied with the service Waste Management has provided me. They constantly reschedule, I have not had my trash picked up since12.18.23. No credits or anything ever offered when they clearly can see I am rescheduled nearly every single week for the past 8 months. I am about to quit and go to One Republic their competitor as my neighbors have them and they have never missed a pickup. So me and about a dozen other neighbors have 2 weeks of trash piled up outside our home and the OneRepublic customers are getting serviced every week. Shame on you!

You need help and only answering machines respond, no one helps you, terrible service.
