ZERO STARS! This is a review for services NOT RENDERED a few months ago. A family friend died and we had to clear out their residence. Planned days in advance. Trash warrior didn't show up. Ended up having to get another company after a 2 hour no show. No one answered during that time and we left several messages. Trash Warrior called hours after appointment time still wanting their money! Disgusting practice. Do not use them. Their claim of "40% cheaper" comes at the expense of not actually coming and still demanding payment.

I scheduled a pickup with this  company for a broken couch I needed removed from my home. I was assigned Chanel for my task. She was running a little behind, so I reached out to Karen to get an arrival estimate. Chanel showed up right when Karen had responded. Chanel was excellent and worked very quickly and hauled away my couch in less than 10 minutes. I would use this service again!

Very good service with reasonable price. Came on time and removed the items requested.it was fast and easy. Every thing done on same day. I highly recommend the service.Aaron coordinated every thing very well.

Trash Warriors cost of my sofa/couch removal was way affordable than other providers. Don was on time, very efficient and got the job done in under 5 minutes. It was a very heavy sleeper sofa. I will definitely book Trash Warrior again for future needs! Service: Furniture removal

Would provide a 0 star rating if I could... sadly this was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. My partner & I used this company to book a trash removal for tenant move out and they advised over the phone that one driver, $150 charge for service would cover our needs. Thinking that it was reasonable, we booked the service. Needless to say, they drastically underestimated the load per our driver, Manny, when he arrived. [BTW, this review is not a reflection on the driver. He was very kind, helpful and professional]. Upon calling Trash Warriors to explain that they underestimated our service and that we needed to cancel AND be issued a refund for the service that they *DID NOT PROVIDE* we were told that no refund would be issued. Very poor customer service & phone etiquette was provided during the exchange. Please use caution when booking this company- they do not care about your satisfaction or issuing refunds when refunds are due. Services: House & garage cleanouts, Trash removal & disposal
