        I ordered a set of panels for my living room. 100"L/82"W. TWICE they sent me 100"W/82"L. CSR is totally worthless, as are these living room curtains that I now have 2 sets of.

        I purchased a smoker from them and it was listed as free shipping. After I paid for it I realized I was charged 109.99 for shipping . I immediately called them and I was told that was an error and they would submit request for refund. Of course I never received it so I contacted them to be told it was denied and they would not refund the shipping cost. Very POOR customer service. I would NEVER purchase from them again!
