I would stay as far away as possible. They knowingly sell you lemons that aren't even safe to be on the road, falsify documents, steal your deposit, illegally tow the car when you express grave concerns with the unsafe vehicle they have failed to fix even though promised and signed agreement that they would do. Only to get the car back with the issue not addressed but more signs of a hanky mechanic attempting to address the issue. Lupita will lievyo you, steal your deposit even after they've taken the car from your possession for no legal reason. Then she will ignore any attempts to find out what's going on. T h ry need to be shut down and shouldn't be able to operate under Arizona law. They have harmed many people, continue to be emboldened and with no remorse or consequences steal from the public, not follow state laws or even follow through with a signed contract. They will leave you without a vehicle, not hive your deposit back no matter how large it is, will not repair promised issue's, roll back odometer, not file appropriately the dmv paper work leaving you with no tags or plates and an expired trip permit that your unable to do anything about because they don't file the papers with dmv showing ownership change. Will tow your car without any notice or communication then give you no reason. I guess stealing people's depose it's is how they keep there lights on. It's as shady as shady comes o don't know how they have any positive reviews other than family amd friend's or people they pay. They need to b we stopped and healed liable for there ring doing and actions. They need to be accountable and pay for our time losses from missing work while they play there game's. They should've ashamed of them self s.

I wish I would've read the previous reviews before I did business with this place. It's a maxing to me that they are still able to legally operate under a business license when they clearly don't follow or practice not 1 of their dudilignece as a business. They lie from the very moment you walk in, sell cars with a laundry list of mager problems (100% known to them at the time of the sell) you notice during the test drive (after lupita has forced you to fill out the credit application long before you even know if you want the car or even discuss the pricing of the vehicle) that the checknengine light comes on she tells you it's just a sensor and they will fix it she puts on the contract "to call customer to bring it back to repair" and the limited warranty covers the issue. You drive the car home only to discover some mager issues leaving you stuck the side of the road and having to spend $250 you call to schedule the appointment to get the "sensor fixed" (which ends up being a catalytic converter) it takes two weeks to get her to commit to bring it in you drop it off with no rental etc said it would take 4 hours ends up bring two days you pick up the vehicle only two days later to discover the check engine light comes on I take it to the dealership infinity to discover to my shock the same damn code and then some with missing parts and screws and no evidence that they even repaired the issues. I then at this point let the finance company know they hold the loan until they fix it at this point I contact the lender very upset letting them know that they lied and didn't fix the issue and I want to return the car and get my 6k back. I reach out to the dealership only to be ignored and that night they without any communication other then my unsatisfactory feelings they tow the car I show up at the lot they say oh sorry it was just protocol! We are wanting to work with you. Then at the same time she's on the phone with her besty from the finance company and now all the sudden they don't want to work with me. Lupita says she has another lender that before she goes home she'll get an answer. I never hear from her again, she doesn't return the vehicle, doesn't return my 6k down payment and I've sent numerous messages all unanswered. I r3achbout to the finance company again they telle the dealership pulled my contract. They never fixed the mechanic issue agreed in the contract or that follow the "Arizona lemon law" rules. At this pont I've reached out to the attorney general, BBB, leaving reviews so others know t o stay a way!! And reaching out to those impacted with an attorney to file a law suit against this joke of a illegal operating business. I've not been compensated for any of the time without the vehicle even when under contract they've ignored returning my deposit on a car I don't have. They previous review is spot on to my experience it's time that they jo longer get away with what they are doing! Lupita is the ring leader, they don't have a real mechanic, they ignore any and all of Arizona state laws regarding used car s as les. I warn you to stay as far away from this lot.
