DO NOT BUY HERE!!! TYPICAL LYING SALESMEN.. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. SHAWN SALESMAN, DOUG SALES MANAGER, THE FINANCE TEAM. ARE ALL COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP OR RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS...FINANCE KEPT SAYING THATS NOT MY JOB WHEN I TRIED TO GET THEM TO HELP ME get my trade paid off.TOOK 32 DAYS TO GET MY TRADE PAID OFF. I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT AND HAVE TO WAIT 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET IT mailed back! Shawn and Doug are the WORST!!! We tried to trade in another vehicle at same time and they said they could not get it done..it was going to be a 14% interest rate...we went to another dealership and got the deal done with a 5% interest rate. I'm refinancing the one vehicle we purchased w credit union...

He was very attentive, absolutely no pressure, very professional, fantastic service and helped me get the SUV of my dreams! It was a great pleasure to work with Mario. We had a great experience purchasing our used car at Midway's AZ Car Mall. A shout out to Michael Edwards who assisted us in our sale. He was attentive, no pressure, professional, and came with a fantastic service minded attitude to help us get what we came for - a true pleasure to work with. Would give it five stars, but it took a long time to get through Financing without having to finance.

Ma-se Reed is the man after months of getting fake promises from another dealership ma-se took us in on a Sunday and listened to our issues, he promised not to waist our time and he delivered! Never met a sales professional so straight forward like this man. Ma-se is the man! I highly recommend him and has our business no doubt.
