        They destroyed my Restoration Hardware couch and refuse to work with me on resolving the issue. They never stated that their storage was outdoors. Well it turns out they stored my couch outside during monsoon season so between scorching heat and rain storms the leather is no longer the beautiful dark brown color it was. the leather on my couch is completely ruined. terrible customer service and even worse business management.
