2017 Ram 2500. Had a Carli Back Country level lift, front sway bar and steering stabilizer put in. I'm extremely happy with the Carli products. However, the installation was not up to par. The drag link was left loose, one of my locking lug nuts was missing and many lug nuts were not torqued to spec. The emergency brake line was routed in a way that it interfered with the shock on the passenger side. I had to separately purchase a bracket kit from Carli to fix this. Lastly, the alignment was out on toe and caster. I picked this shop based on reviews but I'm not impressed with the quality of work.

My RAM visited Strapt and they waved their hands over it. I couldn't be happier with the level kit and how it rides. My truck is a 2018, i should have had these guys fuss with it 5 years ago, it rides great now!

These guys have done some amazing things to my Ram; great service, unbeatable product and vehicle knowledge. In this new era of poor service and unreliability, they actually listen and advise and really exceeded my expectations. Won't go anywhere else, highly recommended.
