        Flying in and out of Phoenix the United Club had this sign up and would not allow me in. This sign has been up for 2 hours. It's been happening everywhere I fly. Having status, paying for first class upgrades, and having subscription day passes really have no value when it comes to traveling on United. I'm not trying to be a primadonna, I was just fine going out and having a coffee and bagel at Starbucks, but I'm pretty done with trying to maintain status with an airline that just can't accommodate the number of people it shoves on its planes and through its terminals

        Nice small club with plenty of seating, full bar, some food and snacks, and a gelato machine!

        Decent selection of food and drinks. It gets super busy. Only a few washrooms. The best thing about it is the self serving gelato machine

        Small lounge and only 3 all gender restrooms, which is definitely not good during peak hours... service and food are decent!
