Horrible service we get told we have an appointment for 11:30 we come in at 11:30 and then our appointment gets switched to 12:30 and never tells me I come back at 12:30 and she has a different appointment go before extremely disappointed with Carmina

I have a very good experience especially with Rebecca she is my good too for now on she's very affordable and excepts payments for low income families she does the best she can and she helped me gain back custody of my child I definitely recommend

Bad service, Berna, the translation person caused me to waste two days and they didn't give me an answer. Also, he has a bad temper. I don't recommend it at all. I had to talk to my bank to cancel the charge because they charged me for nothing.

I am very unsatisfied with the work of Rebecca and Pina from Americana Services. I needed help with preparing documents for a civil case, but they ended up charging a lot then doing there work right. Be careful for those who want help with civil cases with Americana services, it seems they don't know anything about the civil cases, rebecca can't even speak good spanish to help hispanics and when I was asking about how my case was going, they would't even notify how the case was going and she has a nasty temper. She argues instead of finding a solution for my case. I understand they aren't lawyers, but Rebecca doesn't know how to handle paperwork since her spanish is awful and mixes everthing up and they kept some of my paperwork that they didn't want to give me back. It's better to find a lawyer as they charge about the same.
