        I've been by twice and both times and the staff has been patient and explained the products.I was looking at in detail. I live in Gilbert but will travel to this place to buy my bud equipment! I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentlemen that helped me but you're the reason I'll be back! It's so refreshing to have great customer service! THANK YOU

        Buds is a Phoenix staple, a place where you can come to for great service! The Dutch bros of smoke shops if you will. Support local and have fun while doing it! The best shop around, highly recommend.

        Changing my review - woman working the counter today was incredibly rude EDIT: true to their words in the response, I haven't seen the person mentioned in the above review again at Buds. All interactions afterwords have been very polite and positive.

        This has to be one of my favorite spots ALWAYS A+ service bought a grinder about a week ago and was unhappy with it I was taken care of with no hassle. If you have not been here definitely stop in and check them out they have lots of local glass art and snacks!! And a second location as well

      Bud's on Grand is the Grand Avenue smoke shop supplying Downtown Phoenix, the Grand Avenue Arts District & the West Valley with their smoking supplies & alternative lifestyle essentials. Bud's specializes in Arizona hand-blown glass pipes, water pipes & bongs, dab rigs & steamrollers. We carry a fine selection of cigarettes, cigars, disposables & tobacco along with a wide selection of quality botanicals. We have a variety of dry herb & wax vaporizers as well as bangers, nails, torches & all other concentrate supplies. We are located in the Bragg's Pie Factory building just west of Downtown Phoenix & south of the I-10 freeway off 19th Avenue near the State Fairgrounds. Join us every April for Buds-A-Palooza, the DOPEst 420 block party in AZ.
