Jake Mate Alignments

Went in to get the vibration on my vehicle fixed. Was recommended to replace shocks, control arms and passenger axel. After almost 2000.00 dollars, 4 months later (busy at work) the car shook 10 times worse. Took it back and was told tires and motor mounts were bad .. this was after the mechanic talked to me as if I was ignorant. Took the car down the street to a real mechanic shop.. had to replace both axles and the car is now running perfectly. Stick to balancing tires.. lesson learned!

I got a used tire on Sunday by Monday it was completely flat took the tire back to let them know they sold me a bad tire and I need a better one he said I would have to buy a new tire cause it was a hole on the inside of the tire he knew he sold me a bad tire but wanted more money for there mistake after I told him I was going to leave a bad review he refuse to give me a new tire I was willing to pay for just be done he told me he wasnt going to put a tire on I would have to go to a different shop I will never come back to this tire shop I dont care if it was the last one open I will ride around on a flat before I go back horrible service no professionalism at all

The people here made me feel stupid I am not a mechanic and I don't appreciate being talked down to for a car I brought in to be looked at, I feel disrespected. And he even made my car worse i had to get a tow truck to get home.. and I drove it in
