If you can't even tell a customer she was in the wrong line without being rude, your personal life must be all sorts of grim. Take several deep breaths, a vacation, a few training courses on anti-bias and workplace communication, and for the love of God, don't take out your anger on hapless customers.

I used to like this one but they started charging antique store prices for vintage items that are not rare or unusual. Clothing is higher too for items that might be less at the outlet mall next door.

For years, we have donated to Goodwill , I dont mean just a few things I mean we have moved from state to state and I have donated a huge items along with other really quality things ,because we felt that its an amazing organization. However, I came to Anthem and went to Goodwill to purchase some clothing for some people in our church. And one of the sweaters that I paid $12.95 (that still had the tags on it ) The sweater had several holes in it that I did not notice when I was at the store. It was a winter sweater also ..I wound up taking it back a few days later however I had thrown the bag away with the receipt. They said they would only give me two dollars for return..I ask for a store credit and they said no! Only two dollars It Is a sad day When people donate for years and years and what they want to give you two dollars for refund..
