The prices are getting out of control. This isn't a boutique, it's a thrift store. Your manager should learn the difference.

725 W Indian School Rd Phoenix AZ 85013 was the worst Goodwill Ive ever been to in all my years of shopping. 3 people standing at registers. One very rude person telling people they werent open, another counting cash. The only open register of the 3, got to the end of my transaction & then told me she couldnt take my cash. We are talking mid day on a Saturday and you cant make change? When I can see another employee literally counting cash? Its one of the busiest shopping times of the year. This is store level unpreparedness and terribly trained employees. This will be my last visit to my neighborhood location.

WORST GOODWILL EXPERIENCE EVER! Found 3 pieces of a 10 piece wooden display set all at different prices: $3.49, $4.49, and $5.49. We asked the kind cashier if they were priced differently for specific reasons as they were a part of a larger set. The cashier responded they did not know so we asked if we could get the $3.49 price for each item. The cashier immediately responded that they would need manager B***a's approval. The nice cashier found the manager and asked about the prices. The manager said to set all the prices at $4.49 for a deal. However, that included raising the $3.49 item price up to $4.49 as well. This essentially did nothing to the total price. When we brought that to manager B***a's attention, she replied angrily and disrespectfully that she could just as well make all the pieces $5.49. That ended our desire to shop there and we left immediately. The cashier was kind, but the manager was very rude and her response was unprofessional. Not a great experience. Not to comment about the rest of the store, but this bad experience was with that specific manager/employee only.
