WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MY SON AND NEWLY PREGNANT WIFE WENT TO GET STUFF FOR THE NEW BABY COMING SOON!! AND FOR NO REASON THEY SAID THEY REFUSE THIER SERVICES AND DID NOT GIVE THEM THE Reason WHY!!! THEY HAD MONEY TO PURCHASE AND THEY SAID THEY REFUSE THIER SERVICES!! WITH SHAME AND EMBARRASSING THEY WALKED THEM OUT!!! WHITE FEMALE WITH SHORT HAIR AND GLASSES AND BLACK FEMALE SECURITY GUARD!! SO DAD THEY SAD TO GO THROUGH THIS!!! ITS ALL DONATED!!! HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES!!!

Asinine return policy. Fourteen days to EXCHANGE for another item. No store credit. Maybe if there were fitting rooms and I could try it on, that would seem like a mildly sane policy. Though I was offered the opportunity to try and jam the clothes on over the ones I was already wearing in the middle of the store to see if they'd fit. Thanks, very helpful. Also, an armed security guard at the door? It's a thrift store, let's be reasonable. Prices aren't great, they only approach reasonable on half off day. They get all this stuff for FREE from donations. The CEO of this company gets over $10 million a year in compensation (and other executives various salaries over a million). Sure seems like some people are making a healthy profit off this supposed 'non-profit'...
