Updated 2/22/24: They continue to cold text and harass me after I filed a report with the FTC 3 months ago. Todays L0ser Recruiter was Shay. These people are absolute para$ite$. Filed another report with the FTC.
Former Review: Truly awful company! I made the mistake of applying for a job here which of course required me to attach my resume with my personal contact info. Then they turned around and sold my contact info to multiple other companies. So my phone is blown up multiple times a day by staffing companies. And the lamest part is that Insight Global also continues to cold text me with supposed jobs. Yet, when I text back immediately I never get another response from the so-called recruiter or these people they have on payroll whose title is recruiter. Total disrespect to nurses. Totally unacceptable to sell my info then blow up my phone all day especially when Im on the Do Not Call list. This is actually illegal business practice. And I reported all the recruiters along with their phone number and Insight Global to the FTC. Insight Global has zero respect for nurses!

I do not recommend working with Insight Global and will definitely pass the voice to my contacts. They are part of the "ghosting" culture, once they decide you don't comply with their interests, they just stop talking to you, without any feedback. This ghosting culture has to stop! Stop playing with people's hopes for a new job.

I was supposed to have an interview on Dec 5th with account manager Cameron and no one ever called me. That would be fine if they didn't make me waste my time editing my resume for a whole business day to fit the criteria the client wanted. When I reached back out to recruiter Kevin, to get clarification on why no one called me...I never got a response back. Very unprofessional.

Worked for this company in the past. My recruiter was not a good one at all. I had to reach out to her several times to get paperwork or ask about the job I was hired for. She rarely returned my calls and I worked with other people who had my same recruiter and had the same horrible experience. I've also been trying to return their laptop and no one has contacted me back. I would never work for this company chose a DIFFERENT AGENCY THIS ONE IS VERY I PROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THAT CHECK. Once they get paid for finding an employee you don't hear from them anymore !!! I wish I could give 0 stars!
