They made my mother feel welcome. There was a little communication issue with the first visit, but they were able to get her in and she was satisfied with the information she was given. We recommend them.

My daughter had what appeared to be an abscess and was seen here last year by Dr. Ly. The doctor immediately wanted to pull the tooth and basically scared her to the point she was crying. She ended up cutting the abscess out only to have it come back so she did a root canal. At one point my daughter called me from the office because she was terrified. This doctor told me that there was bone loss but acted like it was no big deal. My daughter was 23 at the time. The lump kept returning. They kept cutting it out and giving antibiotics. She now lives out of state and when the lump returned she went to a dentist. She was immediately sent to an oral surgeon who biopsied this mass which is not a dental abscess. This is a malignancy. It would seem that noting bone loss in an otherwise healthy 23 year old should have warranted a referral to an oral surgeon at the time. I realize this doctor is no longer at your practice, and hopefully she doesnt do this to anyone else.
