        So unprofessional, I made an Appointment online for today Monday April 8th 2024 and got there 10 minutes earlier so decided to park in front of their shop, waited there 15 minutes and no one came in, I called two different numbers and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. This place is a joke seriously, again very unprofessional, I requested off from work to get my taxes done.

        I went to a new location and worked with Cris Santos at N. Central and Thomas location. She was friendly, answered all my questions, very thorough, and did not rush the process. I will call her again next year. I recommend her to anyone needing an excellent tax preparer.
