        I sent in my tax forms ahead of time and did everything I was supposed to do online before I got to my appointment. They didn't check their online system and weren't prepared to file my taxes when I arrived and told me I was unprepared even tho I had pdf. Files of all of my forms. If your gonna go there bring everything printed.
