        Our daughter has progressed so much since she started about a year ago. Today we saw her swim with minimal to no assistance from her teacher. Its so fun to watch her learn and be comfortable in the water. The instructors at Goldfish are amazing and the staff are also very friendly. Were so happy we signed her up and look forward to her continued success.

        my daughters swim class was canceled because of a problem with the pool. I was given a "make up token" to attend a different class on a different day of the week. However, because of our schedule we are only able to attend class on one certain day. In addition, we were charged for the canceled class. I spoke with a staff member who stated that this was in accordance with the policy of the swim school. Even if the school is responsible for a class cancelation you will be charged for the class. They refused to credit my account. I would like to add we like this school and all the teachers.

        Goldfish Swim School is fantastic. This is the best swim school in Scottsdale. The teachers are patient and well trained, and they teach life saving skills to the kids. I highly recommend it and wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.

We are a “safety-first” swim school dedicated to teaching children as young as four months old how to swim. Goldfish uses WOW! Customer Service to deliver a Golden Experience to all. We administer make-up tokens for unforeseen pool closures to help facilitate continued learning in lieu of a missed lesson. This policy is signed upon enrollment for each Goldfish swim school.
