        My husband went to the location at 19th Ave and union hills. Jay was such a great help. My husband was helping a friend who needed a replacement panel on a pool that was 40 yrs old. He found him an identical panel. The owner was so happy and my husband was ever so grateful. Highly recommend this particular store and especially Jay.

        I watched the pool tech service my pool for all of 7 minutes and I dont believe he ever serviced the filtration system because the two year old system blew the motor because it was filthy. When I called they shut it down and left it off without ever contacting me to give me any updates then immediately charged me for the service. Such a poor way of doing business I would think twice before hiring them

        Called looking for an O ring that Leslie stores could not provide. They found it, placed an order, had it 24 hours later. And followed up as soon as it arrived. Very responsive

        This place is a rip off. Bought a 35uf capacitor. Cost 40 bucks. Put that in perspective amazon has them for 10 bucks, ac stores have them for 6 bucks and competitors have them for 20 bucks. Most pool stores do ocer charge but this place is double everyone else. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone.
