Arrowhead Deck and Pools, LLC

I work as a Residental Property Manager and this company was absolutely the best to work with! We needed to have one of our properties pool decking redone and they were efficient, the best with communication, and their prices were in line with what we were looking to pay. Justin and Lynnette both did an amazing job of explaining in detail what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how to take care of the new decking following. Definitely will be using them again in the future! Before and after photos below.

Arrowhead Deck and Pools revised our failing cool deck. The process was expedient and seemless. The old decking was removed and the new deck installed over 4 days. The crews were efficient and courteous with lots of attention directed to cleaning up. The finished product could be right out of Homes and Gardens. I can recommend this company without hesitation, or reservation: a solid 5 star project.

I cannot attest to how good or not good arrowhead deck and pools work is but their service advisor Caleb was pushy and didnt listen to what we needed and quoted me for things that I didnt want. He also took up over an hour of my time when I told him I have a newborn and just needed a simple quote to redo the pool deck. Also when my husband arrived he asked him to guess how much the quote was. Just not professional at all.

I hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to redo my pool decking and it turned out amazing. I had Lynnette that worked with me directly and she was fantastic. She answered any question whenever I texted her. She is so nice and a person I would be friends with outside of hiring her company for a job. I picked colors that they hadn't done before then they did samples first so I could see what it would look like. The sample was a little harder to tell compared to what was in my head just because it was a smaller sample. I knew what was in my head looked great but putting it all over my decking did make me a little nervous because it is being hand sprayed. I went with what I really wanted, and it turn out amazing. I love it!! With any projects there can be minor things that pop up like weather that delays which we did have but they stayed on top of getting my decking done. The guys on site doing the work were nice and I even bought the last two guys lunch their last day here. The supervisor over the guys was nice as well and he wasn't sure on my color choices but loved it once it was done. They are very knowledgeable, and it shows. I attached three pictures, one before and two after. There are pop outs above and below my new windows that I will be painting black. The trim along the top of the house will also get painted black as soon as it stops raining for more than 5 days in a row. I would recommend Arrowhead Deck and Pools for sure. They are a great company to work with.
