We found Rocky Point Pools through the BBB. We called and spoke to Chuy. We told him the problem we were having and what we wanted. He was very professional . From the time we hired his company until they finished we were told what day they would start, what time they would arrive and stayed true to their word. Chuy treated us the way he would want to be treated-something that seems to be lacking in the construction business. If we had a question he did not wait two or three days to get back. I am beyond thrilled with the pool built by Rocky Point Pools. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Chuy was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me design the perfect pool for my backyard. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the pool's construction. Not only does it look stunning, but it also functions perfectly. I also want to commend the team for their excellent communication throughout the project. They kept me informed every step of the way, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Chuy and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool. WARNING- be very careful using Rocky Point Pools! The owner (Jesse Ruiz) of this company is not ethical and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of pool equipment. He up charged me $3500 for a heat pump and instead installed a standard water heater which was already included in my original contract renovation cost.. After realizing a heat pump was not installed, I called Jesse numerous times without a response. I strongly suggest working with other highly reputable companies that will honor their contracts and warranties.

Rocky Point Pool and Landscape did an outstanding job in transforming our average looking back yard and pool area into a resort styled oasis ready for enjoyment and entertaining. Highly recommend their services for any design and or landscaping needs!!
