Nick with Cenote Pools was amazing. He turned what started out as stressful project into a very smooth one. He is very detailed and thorough in his work. He was patient with me when I had a hard time making decisions with my pool resurfacing. He was always prompt with communication which made him stand out in comparison to other companies I had reached out to for quotes and comparisons. His pricing was competitive and very fair. He even had the kool decking painters come back to do the touchups I had requested after everything was paid for and finished. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail. Nick takes pride in his work and I cannot thank him enough for the quality of his work! Thank you, Cenote Pools & Spas!

Cenote pools is a pleasure to work with, Nick made sure he communicated with us the steps that were going to happen. He was knowledge and patient with us and explained anything we did not understand. Project was completed on time and to the quote he presented. What a pleasurable experience.

My pool remodel could not have been better and my pool was ridiculously ugly (see below on right). Nick and his teams are reliable, hard-working and did an absolutely fantastic job. As other reviews reveal, Cenote has outstanding workmanship, so I would like to focus on the character of the owner. Other companies I contacted would not take time for my small repair, but I needed the expertise of a builder. Sorry Nick but I don't know where I went wrong. You came to my home over 6 weeks ago and we discussed my plans. I texted twice and provided you with my email but still I have no proposal. I guess you are just too busy doing excellent work for all these other 5 star reviews and I just somehow slipped through the cracks. Needless to say but I have moved on with my remodeling project elsewhere.
