My pool was in desperate need of resurfacing and I needed a reliable and affordable company. Pool innovations was very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. They came down, gave me an estimate and as soon as I gave them the go ahead they scheduled the work to begin immediately. They explained everything and followed through with everything they said they would do and kept to the timeline. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won't need to bec they installed the beautiful pebble surface that lasts for a long time. Service: Swimming pool resurfacing

I just had my pool resurfaced with pebble, as I had very old plaster and tile, and I am very pleased with the job that Pool Innovations did. I had an aggressive timeline and Carmine promised it would be done and it was completed exactly when he said it would be. He always responded to my messages very quickly as well. Pool Innovations also gave me the best price out of the several quotes I got from other companies. My pool looks great! Service: Remodeling

Pool innovations put pebble tec in our pool. They had the cheapest price and my pool looks beautiful. Our schedule got moved back by a day or two a couple times but either Maria or Carmine were good at communicating the circumstances with me. In my experience, I usually got a response the same day if I had a question via phone or email (make sure to leave a voicemail if no answer) or the latest response was by the next business day. Always polite as well.

We used this company to repair a crack, loose grout and tile. We also had them take out the rolled bond beam and put in stone. They had to resurface the entire pool. We were told and have in writing, that we have an extended lifetime warranty. The crack is starting to appear again. For 6 months, I have been trying to get warranty work. The office people keep giving me the run around and wouldn't help. Finally, today they told me we didn't have a warranty because we didn't get a certificate at completion. We were never informed that we needed or would get a certificate. We feel that Carmine and Steve lied about a warranty in order to get our business. This company will not honor their contracts.
