I Couldn't be happier with the job they did replacing waterline tile as well as tile on a negative edge, raised spa. Andy was responsive and helpful when it came to the entire Job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beware of getting any estimate for repair work. I called to have my backwash valve replaced as it had a crack in the plumbing. They showed up at the scheduled time, took a few photos but told me they would have to prepare an estimate the next morning. I received their estimate which was much more than I expected to pay so I shopped around and found a better price. A week later I received a bill for $105 just for the estimate. I can not express how relieved I am for Don and his team for helping me with my pool repair. I am out of state and it's hard to find reliable and trustworthy companies who don't take advantage of you and the situation. Great work and excellent communication. Definitely recommend. I used their website to inquire about getting a repair done on my pebble tec pathways at my house, and they have not responded to multiple requests for contact. This is very unprofessional and a terrible customer experience, so I sure would not trust this company to do reliable work at my house. Stay away from this place as it probably won't work out well for you to hire them.
