Joseph is profoundly terrible at his job :) you should consider getting rid of him. Also the authentication system they use is a complete joke, it will lock you out for 2 weeks after asking you a set of questions that do not apply to you at all then when you call them to get assistance like the site says everyone is useless and cannot do anything. You are literally better off getting a physical application and sending it in the mail. Its alot easier than having to deal with a system that was designed by a Adderall addicted 7 year old and a person so unbelievably stupid it makes you wonder how he even remembers his name.

Not a single person here knows how to do their job. I have called several times and everyone gives me a different answer in getting my direct rollover completed. They dont use tracking info for their checks, mine is now lost, and I have to start the process all over again. Somehow never a supervisor available. Unbelievable.

I changed my beneficiary to someone 20 years OLDER than the previous one and they INCREASED how much I pay out of gross by $500 a year. Totally backward. Fraud. Tomorrow I start hitting state offices to inquire about this fraud.
